Delivery & Returns

As soon as an order has completed we strive to ship the next working day via Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 depending on what service you have selected. Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.

UK Delivery

In the UK we currently ship to England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

EU Delivery

In the EU we ship to Austria, Italy, Belgium, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Czechia, Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Romania, France, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Hungary, Sweden and Ireland. For EU destinations please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Please contact us at hello@airecbd.com with details of your order to arrange a return and we will advise with the correct return address when we receive your email. Please note, this only applies if the order is incorrect or if the bottle has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for bottles that have been opened. Return/refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment
