In short, there isn’t a ‘best’ time of day to take CBD.
Because it’s less about the best time of day and more about what is best for you.
However, there are multiple factors to consider when figuring out what exactly that is.
And remember, that everybody is different. This is really about personal preference and your own lifestyle.
If you’ve just stepped into the world of CBD, it may even take a little experimentation to find out what exactly works for you.
Ok, so let’s say it’s Monday morning, your list of ‘things to do’ is as long as your arm, and you’re wishing your Friday self hadn’t left it all to your Monday self. (We’ve all been there) If that’s the case, you might want something more than your extra large coffee to give you clarity and focus. That’s where CBD could come in. In fact, some people like to put a few drops of Aire into their morning coffee. Or even make a healthy morning smoothie.
Whether this becomes a morning ritual, that’s up to you. Although some people prefer taking CBD oil as and when, it is worth considering establishing a routine of sorts, mostly because CBD does its best work when it can accumulate in the body. Essentially, the more CBD you build up and maintain in your system, the more you provide for your endocannabinoid system to keep drawing from it.
So if you’re thinking, yeah I like the sound of a getting into a routine, and coffee isn’t your thing, think about having a few Aire drops when you freshen up every morning; like when you’ve brushed your teeth, after fixing your hair, or putting your makeup on. Weaving it into your own routine is what it is all about.

If you experience effects you're happy with from CBD then perhaps a few drops as you wind down for the evening would be better suited.
If this sounds like you, taking it at the same time as your evening meal can help to increase the amount of CBD that reaches your bloodstream. Essentially, CBD is fat-soluble, so when it is consumed with a healthy dose of fats, it can increase the amount of CBD that reaches your bloodstream.
Or say it’s Sunday night, and you’ve got a case of the Sunday night blues. You might fancy lighting a candle, listening to a chilled playlist and taking a few drops of Aire. Or even putting on your favourite Netflix show in bed. Netflix and Chill if you will. But a new kind.
Either way, both will set you up for a relaxing night’s sleep.
For some people, it isn’t a morning or a night thing. It’s just a ‘throughout-the-day’ thing, but it’s good to remember that CBD oil can stay in your bloodstream for up to 6 hours, so this too might be something to factor in when you’re deciding what is best for you.
The beauty of CBD oil is that there isn’t really a wrong way. And although it may seem overwhelming at first with all these options, just taking some time to experiment, and even jotting down or journaling your experience, will help you figure out what works for you.
