Same, same, but different.
One of the most common questions we get asked about our products is, ‘What is the difference in strengths?’
So here is a simple metaphor for you. Imagine three types of dumbbells, all the same colour and material, just different weights.
If you’re picking up a pair of dumbbells for the first time ever, you’re going to go for the lightest. Because you need to start off gently and ease your way in. Plus, you want to see how your body is going to react to using the dumbbells.
If you’ve been using the lightest dumbbells for a while, you’re probably ready to move on to the medium-weight. Mostly because your arms are used to doing the weights and you now know what works for you. And for those who have been pumping iron for a while? Heavy it is. Because your body is used to it, meaning you can handle a heavier weight.
And that’s kind of how it works with our three different strengths of CBD oil. They are all the same product, made of 100% organic hemp, but the strength and CBD concentration differs.
Let’s break it down:
005 — 5% Strength Oil — 500mg CBD
First up is our most popular strength for beginners, the 5% strength oil holding 500mg of CBD. Many first-timers who are still learning about what CBD is like to start off with this smaller dose and build it up over time. Like with anything new, if you’re starting something for the first time, best to start off small and build up. Then you can see how your body takes to it. Not just that but in the early days, it’s great to experiment how and when you take your CBD oil. So it makes sense to do this experimentation with a lower dose. The 5% is not just for newbies though, some regular users prefer the lower dose for light anxiety relief or first thing in the morning.

005 is our 5% strength CBD oil containing a clean-tasting blend of pure, fast-acting CBD, selected hemp terpenes and refined hemp seed oil ↓⠀ ⠀ Every ingredient used in our oils is derived from the hemp plant. They are all completely natural, organic and ethically sourced and contain no added preservatives.
010 — 10% Strength Oil — 1000mg CBD
Our mid-strength oil provides a great counterbalance between mid-strength and a larger degree of CBD per drop, providing an easily-measurable and cost-effective amount of CBD for regular users. If you opt for the medium strength you can feel confident in taking smaller or larger doses depending on what works for you, and what time of day you prefer to take your CBD.
015 — 15% Strength CBD Oil — 1500mg CBD
Our highest strength CBD Oil holds the largest volume of CBD per bottle. This means that it is the most cost-effective option for long term users who understand how and when to take their CBD. Your bottles are likely to last much longer as you will consume less drops, less often, due to the CBD concentration being higher.
Whichever strength you opt for, it’s important to bear in mind not just how long you’ve been taking CBD but also why you’re taking it. From light anxiety relief and morning focus, to soothing pain relief and sleeplessness, there are many reasons why people take CBD oil. All we suggest is doing a little bit of experimentation to find out what works best for you.
So once you’ve figured out which strength is right for you, how often should you take it and how much?
Although some people like to take CBD oil as and when, we encourage our customers to establish a constant routine and take a few drops, 1 to 3 times, every day.
By doing this you’re building up the CBD in your bloodstream, which means your endocannabinoid system is able to draw more from it. Giving you more health benefits.
Although we recommend taking your CBD oil 1 to 3 times a day, this also varies from person to person. Generally speaking, larger individuals may prefer a larger serving of CBD than smaller people. But the beauty of CBD oil is that you can easily scale up or down the amount of drops you take to meet your personal needs. But remember, it’s recommended to never take more than 70mg of CBD per day.
Hopefully this has given you some clarity on which product and strength is best for you. And if you ever feel a bit stumped, ask yourself; which dumbbells would you choose?
